Bridgnorth Walking Club: Suspension of Walks
Since 5th January 2021, England has moved to ‘National Lockdown’ status under the COVID rules (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/national-lockdown-stay-at-home). We are all only allowed to exercise once a day with one other person (not in our household or support bubble) and should, as far as possible, ‘stay local’. There is no exemption for sports, other than elite sports. The Ramblers (https://www.ramblers.org.uk/coronavirus) has updated its guidance page to say that no club walks are allowed.
I’m therefore sorry to have to inform you that all club walks have been suspended until further notice.
